Courier- Home delivery at your convenience as parcel is delivered to your doorstep.

What are the charges?

Courier- $6 for all area EXCEPT West and Central which will be charged at $8.

When can I expect to receive my parcel?

Courier pick up EVERY Thursday & to deliver by Sunday,2359hrs.

How do I know what is the differences between each shawls?

You may click onto the product. Each of our product has description on what type of shawl it is eg. with inner attached/side sewn/tie back & etc. 

Can I make changes to my order?

Once payment is done, NO changes will be allowed.

Can i get a refund?

1. Only if your item is damaged (provide a picture/video of the defected item via WhatsApp or IG)

2. In the event, the item is OOS.. We only have store credits which you can use for your future purchases.

Can I exchange my item if I feel like it doesn't suit me or I have purchase the same colour?

NO EXCHANGE IS ALLOWED AFTER RECIEVING YOUR ITEMs. 

What happens if I provide the wrong address?

Customers will have to pay the additional costs for wrong address. Once we received the returned parcel, we will only deliver it out after payment has been made. Unless, the mistake has been done from our end, we will definitely take full responsibility. 

PAYMENT METHODS

What are the acceptable payment methods?

As for now, we only accept PayNow. 

What is the cut-off time for payments?

Within 24 hours starting from the moment you received your invoice. Do provide us a screenshot of your payment in order for us to ship out your orders. Don't forget to include your order number and your IG name.
